My advice to the retired CEO is to find Christ. He has obtained a lot of worldly material things and loses sight of what is important, his wife, children, and his health at such a young age. People work all their lives and miss what God has in store for us. We believe everything good that happens to us, and we have done for ourselves. However, when things go wrong, we blame God. To understand this concept, we must remember the internal dream, and the resonance is different from the external dream, the goal (Clawson, 2012, p. 184). I would also ask him to go to the house of the Lord to find the answer he sought to obtain the peace desired. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world (John 16:33). There are times when we face the uncertainty of life. God has to show us He is still in control. All the money in the world cannot save you nor your family. God allows us the desires of our hearts, but when we lose sight of the mission, we suffer the consequences of our actions. This advice does not only apply to the wealthy retired CEO. It applies to us all. We need to put God first in all we do to stay the course for the mission of God; I truly believe if the CEO allows God into his life, he will find all he needs.

Yes, ineffective leaders bring a negative and tense atmosphere within the workforce. Even though some weak leaders highly educated while others grandfathered into position. The ability to lead by example can be off at times. The ineffective leader at my office operates from her perceptions. No matter how much actual work produced, if she does not care for you, accomplishment is not recognized. It takes a toll on the office staff; we are beating down on every level. It is making the workplace hostile. As a developing leader, I will learn from her want not to do within the organization placed. Sometimes education can make a person misbehave, overconfident, is not needed in the workplace. VABEs plays a vital role in everyone to be a success. It will also demonstrate who is have a Christian perspective as well as a worldly perspective.
The people we serve are the ones who suffer from the ineffectiveness. There is a moto at our office; ‘When people stop walking through our doors…we must walk out the back doors.’ We lost our jobs, not serving the people but the taskmaster. Leadership must display a moral and ethical character because the customers can witness and feel the tension in the workplace as well. For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves (Romans 2:14). God commands us to treat others the way we desired to be treated.
