I believe that if you have a great plan to eat healthily and you stick to it. You will lose weight and promote good health for your body and appearance. This will help you in the future to lose your weight.goal eating plan gives your body the nutrients it needs every day while staying within your daily calorie goal for weight loss. A healthy eating plan also will lower your risk for heart disease and other health conditions.

Healthy Eating Plan

• Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products.
• Eat lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts, .and cheese, avocado.
• Limits saturated and trans fats, sodium, and added sugars and carbs.
• Control portion sizes try to eat 4-6 min meals.
