Question Description
The Fifteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution prohibits the federal government and each state from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen’s “race, color, or previous condition of servitude”. It was ratified on February 3, 1870, as the third and last of the Reconstruction Amendments. As we know there were many groups of people who were not included and denied the right to vote. For your assignment I would like you to locate two groups who needed to earn the right to vote, and the struggles (or court cases) that gave them there voting rights (i.e., women)
