My main point of contention is if I am the one involved in such a kind problem and am not well taken care of. Basically, there are two distinct lives involved that of a special and less special one. I resolve to offer the care that I expect to get in return, which remains my main focus. Since what one is suffering from today might be mine tomorrow. In conclusion, the loyalty of nurses must remain in offering services to its consumers who are patients, and they are their core individuals at their place of work cum responsibility (Joint Commission Resources, 2012).

However, other factors must also be considered for such a plan to be successful. I disagree with your thought because, by the use of its guidelines alone, the disaster management plan cannot be successful. The effort of the organization to safeguard the achievement of disaster management is another important factor to consider for successful operations.
