Any organization needs a leader that people need to follow. Carrying people alongside you on this excursion includes extraordinary assurance and elevated levels of commitment from your adherents (Baldwin, Bommer, &Rubin, 2013).

From this course, the most interesting concept that I would considering talking here is leadership. I would like to discuss about how this concept helped me to learn and relate to my work. In today’s world everyone is trying to manage people instead of leading them.

We see many organizations today missing a real leadership which is a fundamental cause for no development,, I have personally experienced how it makes difference having a good leadership and while just managing things being as leader. Our company is currently working under new CEO leadership who has the great leadership skills that I will mention later in this discussion. After the recent change of CEO, there was a tremendous growth in the company’s revenue and employee satisfaction. As I was studying about leadership in this course, I had an opportunity to analyze the changes and see the new techniques that our leader is moving with.

Some of the changes like, allocating the resources and making people flexible in way to get things done effectively like, supporting remote work with resources that employees need,

Some of the other good ways that I learned and would like to follow to lead an organization are,

  • Make A Sense of Belonging: At the point when people follow a moving leader, they need to feel some portion of a mission for something extraordinary. This can be accomplished by making each individual answerable for the achievement of the association (Khoshhal & Guraya, 2016, p. 1065).
  • Create innovative people and build excitement
  • Create an environment that always keep improving or growing
  • We are for the most part mindful that a sentiment of accomplishment is an extraordinary inspiration. Driving individuals to standard achievement begins to make a propensity for being fruitful
  • Interact with employees and discuss about the plans and future goals.

I would like to just bring up about a recent talk by Kamala Harris during her speech with Joe Biden. She mentioned that united states want a right leadership to overcome the existing problems. So, I just want to mention how leadership matters right from team, organizational level to ruling a country.
